The Roseto comunale Bepi Volpato rose garden was established in 2017 on land provided by the Comune di Preganziol in the garden of the municipal library. It contains more than 60 roses, mainly old and botanical varieties as well as modern repeat-flowering varieties. The term “repeat-flowering” refers to roses that bloom repeatedly. The garden therefore presents different types of roses not only according to their colour, but also according to their historical and botanical classification.

A regular event in the local calendar is “Rose di Maggio”, held annually in May. The Roseto comunale Bepi Volpato rose garden is the main attraction. The programme includes themed events as well as meetings with experts and rose enthusiasts. Villa Albrizzi Franchetti on the Terraglio

The Venetian villa Villa Albrizzi Franchetti was built between 1680 and 1700 along the Terraglio in San Trovaso, a hamlet of the municipality of Preganziol in the Province of Treviso. The Veneto tourism authority describes the Terraglio between Venice and Treviso as a focal area of Venetian villas. This connection makes the Terraglio an important historical point of reference if you wish to view Preganziol not only through individual events, but also through its regional architectural and cultural history.

The villa is also associated with the story of Isabella Teotochi Albrizzi. Events with Music and Regional Cuisine

For 2026, the Preganziol SUMMER FESTIVAL was announced for Friday, 12 June, to Sunday, 14 June 2026, at Parco Arena di Preganziol. Three evenings of music, social gatherings and street food were planned. As this date has already passed, it primarily serves as a documented example of the types of events that Preganziol places at the centre of attention.

The municipality of Preganziol also highlights the 54th Mostra Mercato del Radicchio Rosso di Treviso I.G.P. in Preganziol. The event combined an exhibition and tasting with a solidarity lunch on Friday and Saturday. Radicchio and Spiedo gigante were offered. The Radicchio Rosso di Treviso I.G.P. gives this event a clearly recognisable regional culinary focus.
