Villa Poggio Stringher is surrounded by a park of approximately eight hectares with numerous tree species. These include rows of lime trees, red oaks, chestnut trees and plane trees, as well as conifers. The park extends to the riverbed of the T. Lavia and to the summit of the hill „delle volpi“. Historic buildings and sacred sites

The architectural history also gives Martignacco a clearly recognisable profile. The main villa of Villa Poggio Stringher dates from the 16th century and was owned by the Deciani family. At Villa Di Prampero, the main building was remodelled into a neo-Gothic manor house in 1883 at the initiative of Count Ottaviano di Prampero. The villa is also home to the Oratorio della Madonna di Loreto, which was built by the Counts Milliana in 1697.
